Start your evening with a shrimp cocktail.

Continue the meal with soup or salad. Our chef will choose the perfect compliment for the meal and the season. (Most dinner trips occurring in the winter will feature soup.)

Choose from the following entrée selections:

• Beef Tenderloin Medallion: Twin 3 oz. beef tenderloin medallions served with mashed potatoes and topped with portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, smoked bacon mixture, and finished with gorgonzola crumbles and a light au jus sauce.
• Mediterranean Chicken: Seared chicken breast topped with sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, olives, button mushrooms, and finished with feta cheese crumbles, balsamic syrup and basil oil. Served with mashed potatoes.
• Seared Salmon: Pan-seared salmon is served atop a bed of rice pilaf, finished with a basil-dill cream sauce.
• Garden Lasagna: Vegetarian lasagna layered with fresh garden veggies in a spicy marinara.

Super Bowl 50 is an upcoming American football game that will determine the champion of the National Football League (NFL) for the 2015 season. The game will be held on February 7, 2016 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, between the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Carolina Panthers and the American Football Conference (AFC) champion Denver Broncos. This will be the first Super Bowl held in the San Francisco Bay Area since Super Bowl XIX in 1985, and the first in California since Super Bowl XXXVII took place in San Diego in 2003.

The Panthers finished the regular season with a 15–1 record, defeating the Arizona Cardinals in the NFC Championship Game. The Broncos finished the regular season with a 12–4 record, and denied the New England Patriots a chance to defend their title from Super Bowl XLIX by defeating them in the AFC Championship Game, and joined the Patriots, Dallas Cowboys, and Pittsburgh Steelers as one of four teams that have made eight appearances in the Super Bowl.

The game is the 50th edition of the Super Bowl, first played in 1967 in anticipation of the 1970 merger of the American Football League and the NFL; the league emphasized the “golden anniversary” of the game throughout the season with various gold-themed initiatives, as well as temporarily suspending the tradition of naming each Super Bowl game with Roman numerals (under which the game would have been known as “Super Bowl L”), so that the logo could prominently feature the Arabic numerals of 50. In addition to the Vince Lombardi Trophy, the winner of Super Bowl 50 will also receive a special 18-karat gold-plated “50” trophy.

Afterward we will have dinner at “Bosco’s Bones and Brew” in Sunol which despite its rustic exterior has exceptional food.  We will be able to order off their normal menu. Dinners are between $8.95 and $16.95.

Meeting Spot #1:  10:00 AM at the Bagel Street Cafe in the Livery Shopping Center in Danville at the corner of Sycamore Valley Rd. & San Ramon Valley Blvd.  Address is 316 Sycamore Valley Road West, Danville.  Take the Sycamore Valley Rd. exit off of I-680 in either direction and go west into the shopping center.

Meeting Spot #2:  10:30 AM at the Starbucks at the Bernal Ave exit off of I 680 South, just south of the 580 / 680 interchange.  Address is 6786 Bernal Ave, Pleasanton.  Take the Bernal exit from I 680 and go East to the stop light – Turn right into the shopping center.

We will leave Starbucks by 10:45 and travel about 30 minutes South to our mystery destination.  We will be there for approximately 2 – 2 1/2 hours and then come back north to our lunch destination in Sunol.
